A Pleasant Surprise

Last year, well actually it was the previous fall, I planted Ice Stick tulips. They are very early tulips and as you can see from the picture from last year, underwhelming. So I was pleasantly surprised this year to see that not only have they returned, they have multiplied!

Look at all those buds! I can’t wait for them to open.
