Thanks to the squirrels or perhaps rabbits, this is all that I have found until today’s blossom:Chewed foliage and scattered petals.Happily whoever is nibbling my crocus doesn’t seem to care for the few snowdrops that are blooming.I wish I could get snowdrops to naturalize in my yard. It was 37 F (3 C) when I left my house last night.  My car was covered with frost when I left the office this morning.It wasn’t a killing frost but the tender plants definitely felt it.  The Lion’s Tail (which never bloomed for me) and the Tithonia are drooping. I spent the day getting as many bulbs into the ground as I could.
